QA Engineer 质量检测工程师
Location: Shanghai, China
Responsibilities:
- Manages the progress of projects from the handoff through release
- Maintains the integrity of complex engineering features across multiple releases by applying technical skills in client/server software development
- Acts as producer / project manager for projects with limited resources
- Works closely with development teams to continually evaluate and improve the software development and testing process
- Coordinates the dependencies between departments on projects with aggressive timelines
- Investigate performance testing tool and integrate into auto testing results
- Develops performance testing scripts and monitors results
- Develops performance testing tool and improve it
- Diagnoses and resolves problems with deployment and server configurations
- Prioritizes and resolves competing dependencies in order to bring a complex project through a QA cycle to a timely launch
- Provides status as to a project's release readiness and judges whether defects are blocking to a release
- Prepares estimates, testing schedules, trend and risk analysis
- Attends design reviews, prepares test matrices, performs testing, and coordinates external dependencies in leading the testing of complex technical projects
- Elevates significant issues to Test Lead / Manager

- Assists Lead in defining test strategy and scope
- Develops, documents and communicates test process improvements on a multiple project basis

Requirements :
- Full life cycle software development process knowledge
- Knowledge of performance testing and experience in troubleshoot area
- Knowledge of C++, VB, Perforce, Java, SQL, XML, UNIX/Linux, HTML, Perl, Python, TCP/IP, and client/server systems, with some programming experience in 4 or more of these areas
- Knowledge of data structures and database reporting techniques
- Unit test development
- Strong knowledge of UNIX/Linux environment
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Quality Analyst/Technician with at least 5 years experience on multiple projects from requirements to release
- 2 years of unit test development experience, preferably with JUnit
- 2 years experience with performance analysis frameworks, tools, and methodologies
Desirable Skills:
- XML or JAVA and Internet security knowledge

- Ensure complete coverage of project testing and regressions required to support a weekly release of an online gaming website

Requirements :
